Terms and Conditions — T-REPORT GTA
1. These terms govern access to and use of the T-REPORT GTA platform, a time and activity management tool for companies and their HR managers.
2. The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to keep their credentials confidential. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
3. Under GDPR, collected data (name, email, planning data) is processed solely for the operation of the Service. No data is transferred to third parties without explicit consent.
4. The user agrees to use the Service only for legitimate HR management and planning purposes. Fraudulent or illegal use is prohibited.
5. The number of employees and resources manageable via the Service is limited according to the subscribed plan. The user agrees not to circumvent these limitations.
6. The publisher strives to keep the Service available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. The publisher cannot be held liable for data loss resulting from misuse, hardware failures, or force majeure.
8. The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial change.
9. These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
